In Skåne, we met Julius Andersson, a knowledgeable and dedicated organic farmer who grows Öland wheat for us with great respect for the land.

With calm and thoughtfulness, Julius works with crop rotation and soil health, and his view of the soil as a living whole is very much in line with our own philosophy that truly good ingredients begin long before harvest.
