Coarse rye flour is a stone-ground wholemeal flour with a coarser grind. It is ideal for making fibre-rich, nutritious bread with a rich flavour. In our stone mills, we carefully grind the whole rye grain, including the germ and husk, to preserve all of the rye’s natural nutrients.
The bread turns out rich and moist – and absolutely delicious.
